Calibration of the Light Falling Device

Informations regarding the calibration of the Light Falling Device

The Soil Mechanics Laboratory of the Vienna University of Technology offers calibrations of the Light Falling Device according to RVS 08.03.04 - (also possible according to the German regulation TP BF - Stb Part B 8.4). According to both the Austrian and the German regulations a calibration is required once a year for each device.

The Vienna University of Technology is exempted from VAT according to §2 Par. 3 UStG.

Any necessary minor repairs of the device can be carried out after consultation and will be charged separately. Unrecoverable (by the Vienna University of Technology) defects of the device  are not entitled to a successful calibration.

The time required for a calibration is usually 2 weeks. For further inquiries and appointments, please contact:

Monday - Friday from 7 am - 12 am
and 1 pm - 4 pm
Outside these hours only on appointment!
